Shipping & Returns


Stock items are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 days after order has been placed. However certain items might have a longer dispatch time, which is always stated in a product description.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us within two days of receipt of delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods.


If attempt has been made by the courier to deliver the goods to the customer and the customer is not present a card will be left at the premises please contact you nearest deport to arrange re-delivery of goods.


Please be advised if goods are returned back to www.dominogirl.co.uk by the courier customer will need to pay additional £5.00 to have the goods re-delivered.


Returns/Refunds


Should you wish to return an item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt? Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, or exchanged for a different size or colour, if preferred subject to availability.

 

Sign and fill out the return/exchange form completely. Incomplete/incorrect information will delay your return/exchange.

Mail all packages to the address on the returns/exchange form enclosed with your item.

 

  • We will not refund an item if the swing-tag has been removed
  • The item/s must be returned with the delivery note enclosed
  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging
  • We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods
  • Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent
  • Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original payment
  • Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account
  • We cannot refund the shipping cost for unwanted items
  • We cannot refund the shipping cost for Items delivered using our Express Next Day Service
  • Should you wish to exchange your item/s for a different size or colour, please be sure to indicate so on the delivery note

Unwanted Items


Certain items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant, as we are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been worn or damaged.

  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post

Damaged Items


Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address,
description of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
